Discover Bucks Museum in the heart of Aylesbury old town is a fascinating place to visit for all ages with an exciting programme of changing exhibitions and events throughout the year. The new Discover Bucks Galleries tell the story of Bucks people and landscapes from 200 million years ago to today. See bones of a ferocious sea monster dug up in Aylesbury, a 3000-year-old Bronze Age sword and the Lenborough hoard of Anglo-Saxon coins. For hands-on discovery and amazing science inspired by Roald Dahl’s stories visit the fabulous Roald Dahl Children’s Gallery.
