If you’re looking for something a bit different this Easter holiday, why not make your way down to Aylesbury town centre where the Town Centre Partnership are sure you’ll find something of interest.

This Easter holiday, #AylesburyThursdays are back and are better than ever! Running from 11am until 3pm in Aylesbury town centre, the Town Centre Partnership have arranged an array of children’s activities to take place for just £2.50 per child, for up to four hours of fun.

Starting this Thursday 6 April, the Wild West will be riding into Aylesbury’s Market Square, equipped with lots of action-fuelled, fun-filled, Wildly Western activities for the children. Let the kids see how long they can tame the rodeo bull, take the saloon bar shoot-out and horse shoe challenges, practice their throw at the cactus toss or simply burn off some of that pent up holiday energy on the bouncy castle – it’s set to be a thoroughly enjoyable event for all!

On Thursday 13 April, Aylesbury’s Easter Eggstravaganza will be in Kingsbury. This time with a cracking egg ride, bouncy castle, selection of side stalls, arts, crafts and more to ensure the kids all have an eggcellent time!

In addition to the children’s activities, there’s even something a little different for the grown ups too this Easter as The African Experience joins the Vintage and Craft Bazaar on Tuesday 11 April from 9am until 2pm. Move to the rhythm of the beat as Market Square fills with traditional music, delicious African delicacies and a variety of bright and beautiful homewares, clothing, footwear, arts and crafts giving you a flavour of Africa in Aylesbury.

I am particularly excited to welcome the African Experience to Aylesbury’s Vintage and Craft Market on Tuesday and really hope that all those visiting the town will manage to make take the time to enjoy the eclectic mix of stalls available to them. Also, not forgetting our fabulous Foodie Friday Market, which takes place every Friday in Market Square, offering up some amazing treats from around the world including Japanese, Greek, Italian and Caribbean to name but a few.
