Decorate a personalized book box to take home, inspired by Anglo-Saxon illuminated manuscripts. You can even make up your own magical story to keep inside!

Timings: 10.00am – 2.30pm

Suitable for ages 4-11 (younger children welcome but will need some support with their craft)

This May Half term we’ll be exploring the world of Anglo-Saxon myths and legends with a week of mythical and magical crafts: get ready for dragons, wizards and giants, inspired by The SAXONS exhibition.

Plus don’t forget to play, learn and explore in the Roald Dahl Children’s Gallery.
