Arnie Somogyi Jazz Quartet: Featuring Gideon TazelaarUK’s top Jazz Bassist Arnie Somogyi is well-known to jazz audiences through his work with some of the stars of the British and international scene performing frequently at world-famous jazz club, Ronnie Scott’s and at festivals throughout.
Gideon Tazelaar a prodigious talent, currently spends time between his native Amsterdam and New York, where he performs as a sideman with some of the biggest names in jazz including Wynton Marsalis, Dr Lonnie Smith, Eric Alexander and Dick Oatts.
Mark Edwards- Piano – a musician of the highest standard who has performed and recorded with many elite international artists and musicians from across the musical panorama. For the last 10 years he has toured the world as pianist for Katie Melua.
Matthew Holmes – Drummer -one of the rising stars of the UK jazz scene. Winner of the Tony Levin Drum Prize (2019) he has performed extensively around the country with leading artists including Soweto Kinch, Alex Hitchcock, Alina Bzhezhinska, Tony Kofi, Norma Winstone.
