• Political (including lobby groups which may be very local and temporary in nature, perhaps centred on a particular planning decision, or any broader national or international issue)
• Content of an overtly sexual nature; which features partial or complete nudity or which appears to promote or give undue publicity to illegal or inappropriate behaviour or lifestyles

Buckinghamshire Council retains absolute discretion about any event it accepts on the website. The Council may, in its absolute discretion, for any reason and at any time, take down any event listing.

The event organiser shall indemnify and keep indemnified the Council in full for any claims by any third party for any alleged breach of any intellectual property rights.
